I’m Christine Seager, a certified life coach based in Montana. With a background in nursing and advanced training in neuroscience and thought-work, I help people reduce stress, overcome burnout, and create more balance and fulfillment in their lives.
Although I primarily serve clients in Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and throughout Northwest Montana, all of my sessions are held online via Zoom. That means no matter where you live, whether in The Flathead Valley or across the country, you can receive support and coaching that fits seamlessly into your life.

About Me
As a former nurse, I understand the challenges of burnout, long shifts, and work-life balance. With training from the Academy of Coaching Excellence and certification through the International Coaching Federation, I bring a blend of neuroscience and thought-work to every session. My coaching is about creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and make real changes that last.
When I’m not coaching, I love spending time outdoors with my family. Paddle boarding, biking, XC skiing, or simply enjoying the beauty of Montana. Life is too short not to love the life you’re living, and I’d be honored to help you get there.
