When you feel OVERWHELMED

List each thing that has you feeling overwhelmed. 

Address each one at a time. 

Then ask: 

What can ONLY I do? 

Write another list, and prioritize in order of importance (or income).

What can be canceled, delegated, or postponed? 

Contact those people. 

If you have to explain why, state so briefly, succinctly, and truthfully (just stick to the facts).
