How frequently do coaching sessions occur?

Coaching sessions are scheduled weekly to build momentum and clarity. Weekly sessions help you stay consistent, make progress, and adapt as life happens. If we ever need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find another time that week, but rescheduling depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

How long does a coaching session last?

Each coaching session lasts about 50 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dive into your goals and map out your next steps.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

Coaching sessions are held remotely, either over the phone or online via Zoom, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule.

How much does life coaching cost?

I offer flat-rate pricing for our work together:

  • 13-week program: $1,625 for thirteen weeks of weekly coaching.
  • 6-month program: $3,000 for six months of weekly coaching.

Your investment covers our sessions and the guidance, tools, and strategies you’ll use to create lasting change.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us. Your privacy is my top priority, and I never disclose client identities or details.

What if I’ve never done coaching before?

No problem! Many clients start with little to no experience in coaching. It’s my job to guide the process and make it simple, approachable, and focused on your goals. You’ll leave each session with actionable steps and a clearer path forward.
