the most wonderful time

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… but is it really?

This is also the most stressful time of the year, especially if you have littles at home.

There are teacher gifts, Christmas programs, Spirit Week, treats, Christmas Strolls, Santa visits & photos, the tree, stockings, decorating, Elf on the Shelf, etc.

Then, there is gift budgeting, deciding, buying, wrapping, and hiding for the family, the neighbors, the coworkers, the post, UPS, and garbage people.

Family visits, food, parties, people… so many people…

If you feel exhausted, know you are not alone.

When you feel overwhelmed,

  1. Take a deep breath
  2. Prioritize what is most important.
  3. What is the bare minimum required to get that done?
  4. Do that.

This will help you keep things in perspective, show up to life how you want to, and help you better enjoy the holidays.

P.S. If you’d like to create Results Galore in 2024. Join me for this free monthly workshop. Bring paper & a pen so you can work along with me. We’ll investigate what worked and what didn’t work last year so we can tie up 2023 in a bow. You’ll clearly see what to bring with you & what to leave behind. We’ll explore the results you want to create in 2024. We’ll break down the precise steps to achieve those results. And you’ll leave with a roadmap ready for implementation.
