With my background in nursing and extensive training from the Academy of Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California, I’ve honed a unique blend of skills that I bring to my coaching practice. I’m also proud to be certified by the International Coaching Federation, which upholds the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.

In my coaching practice, I combine the power of neuroscience with thoughtful, compassionate support. My approach is all about helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. I’m dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing space where you can explore your potential and make lasting changes that truly resonate with you.

Alongside our one-on-one coaching sessions, I offer monthly online presentations that dive into topics close to my heart. When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me enjoying the stunning outdoors of Northwest Montana with my family. I love stand-up paddle boarding, biking, and cross-country skiing—activities that inspire and rejuvenate me.

Coaching is a collaborative process, and I’m excited to start this journey with you. The first step is to book a complimentary consultation using the link below. After you schedule your consultation, I’ll call you at the scheduled time. During our conversation, you’ll share the support you’re seeking, and I’ll explain how I can assist you through coaching.
